Please note: Photography is not permitted by the Registrar during the formal ceremony and mobile phones must be turned off.
The registrar will start the proceedings at 1pm promptly. Guests will be asked to take their seats from 12.30pm.
After the short ceremony drinks and canapés will be served before the celebration meal. Details about children’s menu choices will be available later. Guests with any allergies and specific dietary requirements – please contact us with specific details.

There will be signs in the hotel reception area guiding guests to Winston's Barn.
People arriving beforehand can enjoy coffee or other drinks in Macleod’s bar area, before being guided into Winston’s Barn for the ceremony.

Accommodation - up to 5 bedrooms are available in the hotel by booking directly and saying that you are part of our Civil Partnership group, using our names.
The hotel will accept direct bookings with a £75 deposit and full payment on departure. Online options (e.g. booking.com) may be cheaper if you book early.
